I began my journey in the hospitality industry working with renowned hotel brands – Taj Group, Lemon Tree Group and The Imperial.
My experience spans multiple departments including F&B, Accounts, IT, Front Office, Sales and Customer Relation Management. These diverse roles shaped my understanding of hospitality operations and people from every angle.
To strengthen my expertise in building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences, I completed my PGDM from Symbiosis in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
With rich industry exposure and a passion for growth, I have now founded my own consultancy to share knowledge, create value and empower individuals and businesses.
